Responsibilities
The primary responsibility for our production cooks is to support the kitchen in preparing fresh food items featured in our case, both full service and our grab-and-go wall. This means preparing ready-to-eat foods including entr es, salads, side dishes and soups, and keeping a fresh supply of abundant, consistent, high-quality products ready to offer our guests. Our foods are made fresh with quality ingredients daily, and 85% are made from scratch!
To be successful in this position, it is necessary that you have good communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. A POSITIVE ATTITUDE is a MUST! A background working in a high volume setting (such as hotels or institutional cooking) is a plus.
Physical requirements include but are not limited to constant standing, frequent bending, twisting, occasional kneeling; fine hand manipulation and power grasping; frequent light and moderate lifting; and occasional heavy lifting. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
