We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administration Office Person for a 165-unit homeowners association located in Tiburon.
This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our community.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and physically.
Utilize strong computer skills to create and edit documents using Excel, Word, Vantaca, and PowerPoint.
Provide support to the property management team as needed.
Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.
Communicate effectively with homeowners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Vantaca, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Previous experience in property management is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
